I have to use the calendar to count days, I lose track. Been a tough week for some reason. Just been in a bad mood, daughter giving me anxiety, work not going that well, social life nonexistent but through it there wasn't a desire to drink except at a family reunion at an Irish pub. Didn't do it. There is no comparison between drunk and sober, especially physically.

That's great Ragdash! Life sometimes sucks and keeping sober during it is the right thing and you did it. Take care of yourself and keep going. I like all my ups and downs sober way better than I did when drinking
