Congrats!
Grateful for...
a slow but productive day
getting my diet back on track
AV nagging less than it was yesterday
feeling more strong than weak today
hope for tomorrow, because I'm going to bed sober

So awesome, least!!!! Keep it up. It gets so much easier, although I know how hard it is. I'm so glad I'm not held hostage to cigarettes anymore. They got so expensive, I just thought, I am not paying that much for cigarettes anymore, plus my blood pressure was high (fine now), my dad smoked and drank and he died at 52 on the raquetball court. They started to feel like a ball and chain. I hope you hang in there least. I'm pulling for you, love!

I'm proud of you and I know how difficult it is. 12/2/04 was my last day of tobacco. It will get easier. Set that money aside that you're not spending on it and buy yourself a nice reward.
Grateful for being free from the bondage of chewing tobacco.
