Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 75
Grateful that we took a chance and adopted a large dog at an older age, so far, so good. He's got some arthritis, but it's not that bad. Almost every animal I've had, large/small, horse/dog, ends up with some kind of arthritis. I think people do too, as they get older, they get worse arthritis. He was about 7 when we got him and we've had him for over a year so he's over 8 now. These are estimates though. He's a joy.

Yes, he's Luke, a big, black German Shepherd/Great Dane mix. He's been treated pretty badly in the past, but he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Of course, he gets a little bit spoiled, but not too badly. I am grateful for him. Sorry if I bore anyone!!

Grateful my husband is a fantastic driver. We hit snow on the way home from family Easter and cars where sliding off the road right and left.
Grateful my in was took 2 kids home for us.
Grateful we all made it home safe and sound.
Grateful for a lovely afternoon with our fantastic family.
Grateful my son didn't hurt his knee as badly as we suspected for a few minutes after a mighty fall.

Worked till 4am this morning, then 4 hours sleep.
Now Bedtime - 9:30 pm.
But setting the alarm for 0100 to ensure i have enough time to complete my project to hit deadline, plus a bunch of other stuff and prep for a client meeting at 1100.
Grateful though, that I do have clients, my business is still in business and that people value what I do.
Grateful to be sober writing this.
Go well everyone.

Grateful for the recovery podcast I listened to this afternoon.
Grateful for time with my boys.
Grateful for the cleaning we got done.
Grateful for Hubby helping a ton.
Grateful for not getting in a tizzy about the small annoying things that happened throughout the afternoon. It all worked out fine.
