gratitude for rock bottom....

if i hadn't lost my cool, and finally come to the end of my tether, i wouldnt have gone to my first al-anon meeting in 26years...

i wouldnt have screamed and swore , and tried to control my husband...

rock bottom was like a rock pool, where i could see the reflection on my own insane behaviour...

i needed rock bottom to hit me on the head so hard,,, that the hard shell of my own ego cracked- and let god in to heal me...

thank god!!! for rock bottom..xxxx
