Sunny days..
Greatful for sunny days & believing it would get better. For going to al anon & counseling for me, for finding peace within myself. For my family & for reconnecting with my sister again. For this beautiful fall weather and taking long walks with my dog.
For accepting that it is what is & still loving him, & letting myself love myself finally too.
Amazingly through all of this, he's also chosen, on his own, to get healthy too& is going to meetings again. He asked if he go to counseling with me, so we went& will go again! He's working his program & Im doing my thing , each in our own place & own space- but figuring it out one day at a time. Life is crazy & can be hurtful at times, but can be beautiful and wonderful too!!
