Grateful that I kept my cool today when confronted by a woman in traffic.....I think my refusal to snap back at her made her even more frustrated. It was kinda fun!

Grateful to have attended a wedding and being able to stay sober throughout the event
Grateful to be more aware of my unnecessary feelings of jealousy and anger
Grateful to have visited a sick relative today
Grateful to be back on the job search after a terrible job experience this past summer
Grateful to be back in therapy and uncovering the role mental health plays in my issues with addiction
Grateful for everyone else's gratitude

Thank you all. He got pretty banged up in a bicycle accident, hit by a car, but he's OK and just got a line of stitches over his eye.
