Grateful for another sober weekend, not racked with guilt waiting for the embarrassing memories to come back. Grateful for my family and grateful that I enjoyed all the lovely food I ate this weekend.

Grateful that I am feeling alot better. I am thankful for the beautiful day that I was able to enjoy sober. The outdoor evening is so wonderful sounding and smelling. Feels like a bit of Heaven on Earth. I an truely grateful.
