- Grateful that the important people in my life (including me) are making better decisions that bring positive results to their present life and future.
- Grateful to be where I need to be with what I have.
- Grateful for progress - little steps really help.
- Grateful to place self-care as a top priority.
- Grateful to be sober and living in the moment as much as possible.
- Grateful my mental illnesses are at bay and my mind is content and focused.
- Grateful for excellent doctors.
- Grateful for the desire and commitment to take corrective action.
- Grateful to fill up the hole I was digging for myself.
- Grateful to share my ramblings with all of you.
- Grateful to never have to go back to day 1.
- Grateful for all of you.
- Grateful for a new day with a fresh mind and non-achy body to get stuff completed in a career I love.
- Grateful my world is SO much better than it was two years ago.
- Grateful to understand progress takes time, but at the same time, progress doesn't happen without little steps.
- Grateful for the day I surrendered completely and wanted to be free from poisoning myself.
- Grateful for clients that pay me and trust me to help them.
- Grateful to not disappointment my clients - my mind is SO in the zone.
- Grateful to know sobriety and a strong commitment to my recovery plan along with daily action are the reasons for happiness in my life.

- Grateful my oldest daughter doesn't need surgery on her back.
- Grateful my oldest son found a new place to rent which is 600 cheaper per month in a better neighborhood.
- Grateful to know I will be sober to drive my daughter to the Halloween dance tonight and pick her up.
- Grateful to talk to my mother daily - just to chat.
- Grateful to phone my sister yesterday to catch up what's going on in her life.
- Grateful to not have any weird ideas in my head about needing to drink.
