Grateful also for a slow Monday and a beautiful morning hike.
Grateful for my health and grateful that I am physically able to hike.
Grateful for my dogs.
Grateful that it felt like a long weekend.
Grateful that I feel invigorated for the rest of the work week.

Grateful for being back in my bed at this peaceful end part of another day.
Grateful for breaks from work to walk on beach and get another acupuncture treatment.
Grateful I was able to slip out of a low, bad mood from a really poor nights sleep and have a pleasant day
Grateful to be able to see things just as they are, even if it doesn't happen as much as I'd like.
Grateful for where I'm at right now: it's where I am, right now.
Grateful for reading everyone's posts here every night

- Grateful to have the enthusiasm, patience, and energy to help my youngest daughter get her Greek Goddess costume on, hair braided and a video and pictures taken in the yard, using the beautiful trees and flowers in the background.
- Being a wonderful mom is one of the biggest reasons I love sobriety and a robust recovery program - I am blessed not just to have a life, but to live an enjoyable life.
- Feeling incredibly grateful for everything today.

For another night,
A calm feeling,
A cool pillow,
Some lightness in life,
For things easing up a little.
Grateful that tomorrow may be a other day.
Grateful for sleeping last night, hoping for more.
Grateful for the health I have and for those close to me.
Grateful to be alive, and to have hope.
Grateful for SR.
Grateful for the strength and honesty some people have when everyday can be a struggle .
Be kind, you never know what struggles people are fighting.
Be kind to yourself.
