Morning Gratitude ~ Part 62
- Grateful to remember the pain of active addiction as a way to reinforce the critical importance of taking sobriety and recovery seriously and never going back.
- Grateful to find recovery such as wonderful journey.
- Grateful for this marvelous morning, which will be a sunny, splendid, sober Saturday.
- Grateful to hear the birds chirp, watch the sunrise and see the enormous growth in the trees and plants in my yard over the last week, since the rain.
- Grateful for everything I have in my life.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful to be back here this morning after a very hectic week.
Grateful everything's settled with my renters & they've moved in yesterday. Grateful I was able to provide them with some extra kitchen stuff, sheets, blankets, toiletries, etc as they fled their home with almost nothing when the wildfire tore through their town. Grateful their home is still standing while so many were lost!
Grateful for SR this week as my RAD hasn't wanted to contact me for the last couple of weeks. I know she's doing things she's not supposed to; easier this time for me to cope with the help of SR and all I've learned from Al-Anon & CoDA.

Grateful to have woken up early with an active mind, before my cup of coffee!
least, that's great news about your dog. Which reminds me, when Zero wakes up I'm going to work on my medication retrieval ( I keep my meds in a small pencil sack). I use the clicker method with him, and now he loves his "lesson time."

- Grateful for the peace of the morning with a lovely cup of tea.
- Grateful to final fall asleep and get some needed rest last night.
- Grateful for the optimistic weather forecast on this sunny, sober Sunday.
- Grateful to look forward to some garden maintenance.
- Grateful for a day to regroup, recharge, revitalize before the work week begins.
- Grateful for all of you.
Grateful that the laundry is almost done and that I can spend the rest of the day on the sofa watching movies and my husband is cooking dinner.
Grateful for my recovering son's girlfriend is so encouraging and supportive and she has stuck with him.
Grateful that I can cry to my SIL or mom when I need to and that my SIL has helped my husband (her brother) understand how "everything" has taken an emotional toll on me.
Grateful that my other son is doing so well in life and has a loving wife.

Grateful I didn't return the slow release fertilizer I had bought by mistake a couple of months ago. My flowers have never looked so good before!
Grateful my tenants have offered to help me dig out a dead tree in my yard that the rabbits have killed. Wasn't sure how I was going to accomplish that on my own.
Grateful for this quiet Sunday: gives me a chance to recharge for the week ahead.
