Today I am grateful I keep telling myself no matter what that negative side tells me, I am worthy of love, kindness, someone giving me the time of day.
Today I am grateful I am fighting for boundaries
Today I am grateful I never give up, I won't let people just treat me the way I have accepted over the years when I didn't care
Today no matter how hard it has been the last month, I am grateful I am finding the lady under the mask I've worn for too many years. It's ok, come on outta there. ((Hug))

Today I am grateful for-
to have the rent paid with some money left over.
a really nice peaceful place to live with my husband
remembering to meditate and commiting to a daily practice
my sponsor
another sober day
a drug and alcohol free household
mornings without hangovers
the birds this morning
being willing to make positive changes

-Remembering to pay my master card bill at the 11th hr so I didn't get a fine
-The Virgin of Guadalupe dancers after mass who made my demented mother laugh
-The sister I don't get along with telling me how grateful she is for what I do for our parents
