Grateful my animals are safe, healthy, and comfortable.
Grateful my parents (late 80's) are still here with me in this world.
Grateful for wild persimmons hanging their ornaments along the road to my home.
Thanks for this thread.

Grateful for the 13 year old taking his second bath of the evening right now Grateful for discussing hot political topics over dinner with the same 13 year old. Grateful for the smile from my dementia suffering mother
Grateful being in a place in life where I can serve my family
Grateful for a potato apple ragout for dinner (really yum!)

I missed last night and probably will tonight as well...
As I lay my head down to sleep I am so grateful just to have things to be grateful for
I am grateful for strength
I am grateful I can draw strength from my husband and my kids who will help me stand and be strong
I am grateful to be sober
I am grateful to be working on my recovery
I am grateful for every single 24 hours I get
