Grateful for friends who care.
Grateful to be home from the lake, the dogs are exhausted. I am exhausted but must keep going. There is work to be done, and deadlines.
Grateful for my beautiful flowers that are now giving me a wonderful payoff after much hard work to get them settled.
Grateful for my coffee and nice view out the front window.

Grateful that my cat Freddie's lump on his side was just an abscess and my wonderful vet treated it and gave him shots for antibiotics and pain. Grateful for my vets.

Grateful for sober mornings, they remove so much drama. Even washing by hand (waiting for parts for the machine), then the cat being sick on the doona doesn't faze me more than a "damn" these days.

Grateful for a new word in my sobriety-vocabulary: kombucha. NOW I know it means "fermenting". Holy cow! One sip told me........ "#$%&*@! NO!!!!!" Grateful for a new day and more chances to practice abstinence and continuous sobriety.
