Thank You God ~ Part 17
Thanks Rusty,
And, for me, in each 24 hour period I attempt to: Trust God 2) Share with others: experience, strength and hope 3) Trust the Promises 4) Acceptance. It was never expected to be easy but the Joy and Freedom from the Chains of Alcoholism has been so worth it for me and also my family.
And this Sober Recovery site is just so awesome in helping each day to remind me that I can never pick up that first drink. Thanks to all!

Thank You God for being sober today. I will be seeing my Sisters and Nephews for a celebration. It will be a joyous day. Thank you God for all the gifts you have given me.
Thank You God for giving me the desire to Stay Sober just one day at a time.
Thank You for reminding me I may be of service today to some who choose to drink. There's lots of denial like I had. It is truly a Miracle to be able to help a Newcomer if asked.

Thank You God for being there always when I seek your Wisdom. It seems I need to look to You many times in a given day. It's a great comfort to turn over to You all my concerns and feel the love from You coming back.
Thank You God that when I feel like giving up on dealing with Neuropathy You give me Courage and Hope. The family gathering yesterday was wonderful and joyful. My pain was greatly diminished being around all the love. Next celebration will be Easter!! You are an Awesome God!!!

Thank you God, for giving me this weekend to spend outdoors with four other men in recovery. Thank You for their wisdom and the laughs around the campfire.
Thank you God, for letting me catch my first bass

Thank you god, for your grace. For me getting the "message." for AA. For my sponsor. For the teachers you put in my path. For looking out for me. For my family. For the unbelievable life opportunities that come my way. For my family and friends. For my sober friends in the rooms especially. For this beautiful, sober life.
