So grateful today that no matter what happens in my life I don't have to numb out. I can feel it and it doesn't kill me. Also grateful that each day I have learned to love myself more and forgive myself and others. Grateful that resentments don't consume me and that I have enough emotional maturity today to address people when I feel that they have wronged me and I don't have to go all balistic when doing it.

Life is indeed good and just gets better!
