Really grateful for SoberRecovery today. Reading here keeps me sober and grateful for recovery, especially when I might start to forget why I came in the first place.

My mind was so busy last night it was hard to sleep. Took me by surprise because the day was calm. Grateful I remembered to breathe through the "monkey mind".

Today I am grateful for my health, to wake up feeling good, and that I am able to sleep well. I am thankful for the beauty in the sunrises and the sunsets that I get to see. I am thankful for 18 days of sobriety! I am thankful for love and my family.

Today is a beautiful day!
I am grateful for all of you, I am grateful for life, for the snow on the ground for the beautiful sunrise peaking through the tree branches.
I am grateful for my dog.
I am grateful for my father in law.

I am grateful to be recovering from what seem to be food poising or really bad stomach flu. Grateful to be back to post once again.

Haven't You Herd...

...That Harbingers of Gratitude can show up on 4 Legs. A few morning Visitors signal that good things will happen today! Another Buck was off just to the side. This Pic is out our Guest Bedroom Window.

Grateful for not having Precip today that might turn our ~1,000' Driveway into a 4WD Mud Fest.

Grateful for being just shy of 11 months in. Turning a few Mental corners months ago enables me to enjoy Dinner out tonight with 3 moderate Drinkers w/o distraction.
