I am so grateful the honor of being able to be a sponsor to other ladies in the program!! I am truly blessed, loved, and honored by each of them as they allow me to work the steps & all the other aspects of the program with them! I thank them and my higher power for giving me hope as I get healthier by helping others in the program!!

I am a new member.. how do I get a sponsor

Okay, what I did and what I suggest that you do to find a sponsor is:

1) pray & meditate
2) go to alot of meetings
3) get alot of female phone #s and then use them everyday
4) listen to everybody especially the females
5) choose a female that you like the best & ask her to go have coffee
6) after coffee, if you still like this female, then ask her to be your sponsor
7) a sponsor should have gone through all twelve steps with their sponsor
8) you should go through all twelve steps before becoming a sponsor
9) some say a sponsor should have at least a year sober, I don't agree
10) some say a female should have a female sponsor, I agree
11) pray & meditate
