What's this feeling?
Today I am grateful to not have a hangover, it is a very strange and weird feeling.
I woke up this morning and instead of just wanting to hide under the covers and quickly take some paracetamol, I wanted to get up, I felt happy, clear headed and enthusiastic about the day ahead.
I hope I can remember today when I get home tonight. I really want sobriety.
Just for today, I will be in the moment and try to anchor this feeling so I can use it to encourage me to want this more than the alcohol.
