Ipanema

It is a simple but not easy program, but my Higher Power connection has brought me through some very tough times. I continue to seek connection every day, every hour, and sometimes every minute if the going gets rough. I am the only family member in AA and it has been a continuing problem. But I am able to not dwell on people, places and things ODAT when I search for Serenity and Peace. I have found it important to stay away from triggers as much as possible in order to stay sober and Serene. I should add that without all the people I have known in AA I would be doing my own thinking and getting into lots of trouble!!! Thanks Higher Power for a Sober Day So Far!!!
