I know that this sounds self-aggrandizing, but my health has gone to heck and it's been difficult for me to get around. A walk up the stairs has me resting for ten minutes before I can make it back down. My wife has been doting on me, doing everything, running me to doctors, social security, back and forth to the hospital, laundry, cooking, cleaning. I haven't been able to help and she just gives and gives and gives...

She started back to work today and I'm had my best day in months - the housework is done and I've got a great dinner waiting for her when she comes home in ten minutes and I am so grateful I got the strength to treat her for once.
