yes wow that how iam feeling have not had alcoholic drinks for 21 days and dont want to either joined achurch which i love have suported freinds and partner , and family i have soo much to be grateful fo r. have been really sick with t. bronchial virus but can still see the light. god bless everyone reading this or travling this really tough road hang in there
