ALWAYS grateful for Dee.
If I hadn't accidentally fell through a cyberspace portal last February, landing in the February 2012 class, I could be homeless by now or might have killed myself by now.

Always grateful when words from Nogard and Rusty pop in my head as guidance.
I was just getting myself on the way to overwhelmed and I saw it, stopped, and thought:
"Keep it simple EQ. One thing at a time. Do the next right thing. These are cadillac problems."

Always grateful for feeling warm and calm inside myself despite the cold windy thunderous storm right outside.
Always grateful that sobriety just keeps making me a healthier and stronger person.
They told me it would but I mean REALLY, it is still so crazy!!

Always grateful to have let go of so much shame.
I didn't even know I had that much shame till I quit drinking!
Nothing was as I thought it was.
Grateful for a little more reality each day with a smidgeon more maturity thrown in.

Always grateful for feeling steady as she goes. After weeks of stress and unwanted alcohol thoughts popping in my head, I've had a quite a few nights together now where the alcohol thoughts have stopped. Although i never for a minute thought i would drink, it upset me how frequent and intense the thoughts were.
Always Grateful for the reprieve. I know it means i am adjusting and coping with the new normal of this current stress level.
