Grateful that even though today is my Dad's first.Anniversary without my Mom, he is alive and healthy and he will get through this.

Grateful the dog let me sleep in, sorta. He slept on my head as a compromise.

Grateful for my sister who is being supportive about a family event today. Grateful that although i hardly slept, I am alive and I am 192 days sober and that is the most important thing.

Grateful to have a sober day before me. Three grandchildren will spend the day with us and I will not be counting the time till they leave and I can have a glass of wine.

Grateful that i'm sleeping well.
grateful i got through a social situation still sober
grateful that i know what i can and cant handle but i wish i had more support.

Grateful to have a job.
Grateful for another day to refocus my attitude on non~judgement. Grateful for all the issues that help me to remember to stop and refocus again.
