I'm grateful for today! Even though work was extra long and boring, and there's still heaps to get on top of at home... I'm grateful that I'm sober. I'm grateful that with my sobriety I've discovered that I am able to be alone with myself and not go crazy. I've discovered that people do like the real me and what I have to say, not just the 'funny (until she goes mental)' me that I become when I drink.. I'm grateful that I've not ruined my brain and body beyond repair (although the repair part is going to take a while, at least it's possible!).

I'm very grateful for my family, including the fuzzy members. They have seen the worst of me, more than any humans and somehow they still adore me.

im grateful for today, too. though today was a tough day that i thought i wouldn't make it through, i am glad i can feel emotions again. even if they are bad emotions. i was tired of feeling numb.
