Starting a gratitude list
Starting a gratitude list
I am less the 2 years sober. I have listen to my sponsor thus far and my life is getting better. Some days are hard, but better than it had been while I was drinking.
My sponsor suggested that I create a gratitude list and review it daily. So I wil begin today.
I'm grateful I am sober.
I'm grateful my child now hug and respect me.
I'm grateful I have a job
I'm grateful I have a home
I'm grateful I have no shame
I'm grateful I know what I did the night before

Thanks for great list.
(I am grateful I have a sponsor who volunteered to visit me Thursday ((up to now I caught three buses to see him))
he is a great conversationalist and has helped me on lots of points even though officially I am on step 1. I was without one for a long time )

I am too grateful to have a sponser.
Her strength and gentle reminders kept me balanced another day. I have grown today. I used the tools of AA. I called my sponser, went to an AA meeting and thank God for keeping my children and I safe today.
