Im grateful for......

a solid roof over my head...

food to eat....

a loving husband...

a loving family....

my 4 adorable kitties....

not having to do much today and not feeling guilty about it....

all the emotional work I have yet to do....

my ability to learn new things.....

SOBRIETY...... and the peeps on SR who help me stay that way

our minds ability to calm itself if given the right tools....
