I have not had a good night's sleep since last Friday.
Such is life...it happens.
Rather than whine to my wife and everyone else about how tired I am, I'm just gonna accept it, suck it up, and do my best.
I don't even consider it to be a big problem, just something that will pass in time.
I can still have a good day - being kind & responsible.
Grateful for perspective, that I can see the bigger picture (spiritual growth
).

Grateful that my HP sees us as lacking in the animal family part. We may be adding a mule to our family very soon. Going to go take a look at her today. Her name is "Molly by Golly" and she'll fit in because we have a Matilda, Maggie, and Milo already. I think its meant to be. LOL!

Grateful for a fun evening (playing with my kids, watching TV, & laughing with my wife) and a good night's sleep.
Grateful that the first thought that came to me this morning was "we relax and take it easy." That's just what I'm going to do today.

Another morning gratitude!
My daughter had been really sick with the flu for the past 3 days. Right now, she is drawing pictures for her grandma. I can hear her singing to herself and laughing. A busy, happy little girl.

Grateful that I'm feeling better than I have been lately. Also grateful that my cravings seem to have gone away, and in their place is a stern warning of how bad I felt three weeks ago... and don't want to go back there.
