Bedtime Gratitude Part 10
sis, are you talking like you have a clothespin on your nose?
grateful for the out of towner who led the meeting to night...
and grateful for the topic, laughter!
it reminded me of when i was a little boy, and when in a room, if i herd a laugh, i thought people were laughing at me...
grateful, now, i can laugh at myself...

Greatful for serenity & peace in my life. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, now that hits the spot.
Grateful for a million things: big and small; spiritual and concrete; old and new and "yes" for the easy and the challenging stuff too.

My list of gratitude is so large tonight...
Sobriety, first and foremost.
People who love and care for me, whom I love and care for as well.
Grateful not to be paralyzed by anyone or anything.
Still breathing, that's a plus.
Decent medical care and caregivers, who have helped keep me alive.
Being able to take care of myself physically.
Financial security by having the ability to live strictly within my means.
A resilient brain and spine.
For Toby. Who gave me all the sobriety she had, before she left this planet.
She said over and over, "I want to go to my god sober". And she did. I want what she had. There's only one way to get it.

Grateful for prayers and comfort....
Asking for some to be sent my way for my little furry kid who is not
doing well. She has not eaten in almost 3 days and has drank very little
water-she is weak and slept most of the day today. I will be bringing her
to the Vet in the morning and knowing she is almost 18 years of age I probably
will have a hard decision to make but, will do the right thing for her...

:praying for Rella's fur baby. They are such a blessing in our lives.
Grateful for all the fur family I've had and all I have now and will have in the future. Can't envision a life without them.
Blessings to you, Rella.
