The second day of sobriety I began to meditate ...beach scenes..to calm

my racing thoughts....didn't know about the bipolar yet. The scenes have

changed in the past two years from a stone fortress in a cliff to an open

pagoda as my fears have dropped...one by one by one.

But always beachside.

Grateful God truly doing for me what I could never have done for myself.
