was at my regular saturday night meeting at the panel of experts...

the church had a rummage sale this afternoon...

some leftovers were there...

sit'n on a table was a vintage 1960's bar decauntur set with a chivas bottle, and the stem'd glasses...!!!

what a site, only at the panel would we see this!

would'a loved to have taken a picture!

the antique dealer in me was say'n... Hmmm!

i didn't snag it tho...

why take chances...

grateful i know better then to flirt with potenial disaster!

Grateful that I am willing to go ride my bike before work... lol I really have to spend at least 5 minutes in bed convincing myself that I do what to get up and go bike 5 miles at 6 am... lol

Grateful God gave us something in our Program called "amends" instead of "lightning bolts"

I flubbed up it up with my mouth in my Monday night meeting and said some thing I

should NOT have! With good inyention!

Amends...am I ever going to get this right? Will I ever share without sounding so stupid?

I think..for awhile..I am going to listen and pass...

Grateful for finally handling (all) that business that was supposed to be done last week...

Whew...

Grateful for a women's meeting tonite...and another clean and sober day...

the most important!

Have to remember restraint of tongue tonite....I am going to wear a rubber band on

my left wrist...to remind myself.

Or....just pass.
