Good job, Richie!! I'm proud of you. My husband is a plumber, so I know how hard that kind of work is.

Hey, sispeer!! Thank you for reminding me that I DO have a lot to be grateful for.

Mr. Z. Yup! I did go get a half-hour massage. It was my first time ever and it was mighty fine. I may need to do that weekly. It would probably help with my tension headaches.

Well, I have to head out to the gym now. Have a marvelous week, everybody!!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I used to be a plumber Richie, I'm glad you saved yourself a few bucks too!

Grateful for snowball fights, snowpeople, sledding, and a beautiful GF that my children adore.

Hi sispeer!

Yeah Richie, what's your secret? I'm trying to lose 25lbs. I lose 5, gain 5, lose 5, gain 5 Of course I have an issue with giving in to the temptations!

Grateful for daily exercise and a (somewhat) healthy diet!

No particular diet.I found out my blood pressure is kind of high,so I cut out all fried foods and salty stuff.Been eating a lot of baked chicken and fish with Mrs. Dash. And a lot of fresh greens. Also been riding the exercise bike for 2 and a half miles each night.I can really feel a difference.
God bless you guys.

Grateful for many things on this Valentines Day. Handmade cards from my kids, a thoughtful treasure hunt and gifts from my GF, the love of so many friends, and especially the grace and love from the God of my understanding.
