Grateful I am feeling better.. I was tired of feeling like this

Grateful my BFF is back from San Fransisco.... I missed her...

Grateful for text messaging. It is fun and makes me laugh....

Grateful that it feels like a relief today not to know anything really lol. It used to feel like anxiety. Now it is like..... phew!!! What a transformation.... Miracles happen and your entire way of thinking can change. Does that blow any one else's mind besides mine. I am still stunned at what working the steps and practicing the principals has done....
