Baths are good and yep I can understand about not thinking about the basics when we were high of course I think that the basics change when we are high

Too true that is ((((Vic))) the Basic's do change dont they when we clean up ...!
as it was very different ..when we were usein ....The basic's ...in Recovery are a place to start ...!
Grateful Im working on the Basic's .
..Like the Mountain of Clothes in my bedroom ...?
The floor might come back soon ya never know ....!!!!

Grateful that I am going to my sisters today to celebrate my nephews birthday. He is the one that just graduated from the University of Nebraska.
