Do drug dealers message their "customers" at midnight etc?

Well, I have no experience in that area, but I can imagine it happening if they know a customer is wanting something and they happen to have it. Why do you ask?

Because he has been receiving messages very late at night and he says it's just his dealer and you think it's other women?

Is this someone you know getting late night messages? Some are night owls but yes late night communications might be something. But without proof be careful with any accusations. Sometimes users start dealing to feed their habit. Pot and meth heads have been known to make their own stuff.

I have a possible drug dealer in our apartment building. Can't hear his phone ring but they are up all night, have had visitors between 11pm and 3am.. Some stay less than 5 minutes.Says he's a college student with a part time job which is apparently day shift. They rarely open their windows which they have completely covered. Might open an inch or 2 but leave shades and blinds down.

Are they extremely private with physical stuff, a lot of stuff locked up but again could mean a lot of things.

There are alot of signs but out of context by themselves they could other things too. Be careful accusing someone or acting on that assessment.
