Status of my health
I had a physical with my internist this week. I had to tell her my husband used heroin. I told her because I'm nervous that he possibly used needles and it could have affected my health. I asked my husband if he used needles and he said no....He just snorted. I don't know if I believe him so to be on the safe side, I requested blood work to check for any diseases such as std's, hiv, hepatitis etc... My husband said I can be sure that he didn't use dirty needles etc... but at this point I don't know what is true and accurate. I'm feeling sick that these are the things I need to think about to protect my family. This is a nightmare. I hate him for this.

That is great you found the courage to speak to your doctor and get the blood work done.
