Amysad, I hope you got through yesterday ok. If you didn't, don't beat yourself up over it. I know I took several giant steps backwards in my recovery, and a lot in the name of the holidays! I agree with everyone else about looking at it like any other day, so we don't fall prey to guilt-trippin or false hopes. We all have to remember to put ourselves first..and that is what matters most.
