How to fall asleep when ur exhausted.....
Took my anti anxiety meds....a Tylenol for my restless legs, and a sleepy time teal.....lie in bed listening to universal mind meditation and it still wont let me sleep, this brain of mine!? Gotta get up with the kiddies early and therapy after lunch......so I hope it happens quick! nite nite!
