I found these pieces of duct tape that were folded up with toilet paper inside. Like squares. And if you unstick the tape and keep unwrapping, you get to the middle which is toilet paper. There wasn't anything on the toilet paper. Just duct tape folded up into squares or something with a layer of toilet paper in the center.

What is this???

Yes! me too! no duct tape, but tiny little scrunches of toilet paper in pockets, drawers, behind furniture....what the heck is this?

Yeah, these were in pant's pockets and shoved behind other stuff. And a piece of burned foil which I think might be from black tar heroin?? Is something else burned on foil?

From what I've seen on tv, there is a lot of things that can be smoked off of foil. Meth, pills, herion.... just to name what I've seen. As far as the TP in the duct tape, I've never seen that before. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Sounds peculiar but I have no idea why the duct tape is involved.

My AH use to use duct tape to hide pills from me. Duct tape it under the toilet lid, behind a dresser ect. Maybe this is what he is doing.

This makes sense... about using it to hide stuff. I'm just nauseous. Terrified by this relapse.

My boundary is that in order to live in my house, for the mental and emotional well-being of me and my other kids, I need him to go to detox and rehab. He's a heroin/opiate addict and an alcoholic. He wants to just stop on his own. His addict brain forgot 9 months of recovery work where he learned that he was powerless over drugs and alcohol.

So now I must find the strength to stand by this boundary.

I told him that I wanted him to go to rehab. He said no, no, no.

We all now how that story ends...
