Anyone know what to expect?
I have never been to one and I am HOPING to take my spouse with me...We have to get on the same page here...and I am hoping they will help him "see the light!"
I want to ask him to leave once and for all... My spouse thinks him leaving would be a death sentence...PLUS he "needs" him at work (we have a small family business)
Do you think bringing him to a meeting would help him?

Whether he goes or not, I think a meeting would help your husband and you.

Sadly, we can't "make" them stop using. I used to drive my son to meetings and watch him go in the door. He would go in one door and out another to go use and get back in time for me to pick him up.

I learned that I couldn't make my son stop his part, but I could stop my own insanity and find help to regain my balance.

However this unfolds, I wish you luck.

Im sorry I diddnt see this post until today. How did the meeting go for you guys? Is this your son that you were questioning taking to the meeting? Did you take him with you?
