Cleaning out the clutter...

Today I am cleaning out the clutter. Not the mess in my house, not the mess in my car, but the mess in my mind.

It has been a long and winding road and I am going straight.

I hate reading but I have this book. It is called Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. I am going to read it.

I have enabled others enough, I have given others enough. I am going to enable myself now, I am going to give to myself now.

This time it is for me, all for me. Nobody else.

Call me selfish, call me late to dinner but I deserve this. I owe it to myself. I am not selfish and I am never late to dinner. :day6

Way to go beautiful! there's a few on my bedside table - i seem to be reading them all at once - ha ha - go figure ... Trying to glean as much knowledge and practical steps as I can - for strengthening my armour:

1. In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts - by Gabor Mate, MD - he practices in the downtown eastside of Vancouver bc where I live ... Very haunting novel of addiction

2. Lifes healing choices - John baker

3. Melody Beattie's - codep no more & her 12 step book

4. Naranon family - 365 days of inspirational stories

Hope you enjoy your book! Tell us how it is .
