The support and prayers that you are giving our family mean so much.
The doctors are only giving him a 1% chance of recovery, they did another brain scan yesterday but didnt tell us what it said. They are doing another today.
He has not responded to anything, he at least seems to be more peaceful, the first few days were so hard it seemed on his body, now he just seems to be resting.
My mom, his daugther and I have been there, I finally left to sleep in my bed last night.
Our extened family have been great, they have been with us on and off, I am grateful for that.
I know he is in Gods hands, I know that God has his plan.
I am pretty much at peace with it, I know that my brother suffering will finally end and he will be in a awesome place, or a miracle may still happen, I am still holding onto that until I cant hold on to it anymore.
Please continue to pray for our family.
Please pray for all the addicts in the world who are still suffering, their families and friends as we all now how hard this can be, and also for those who have found recovery may they continue with it.

When I was working, I always believed my patients could hear me, no matter what shape they were in. He's in there, somewhere.

Prayers continuing.
I was a nurse, for years, in ICU. I, too, believe my patients could hear, whether or not they could respond. Whether it was because I know that hearing is the last sense to go, or because I believe that God has a way to let our loved ones hear us, I always encouraged families to speak to their loved ones.
I'm glad that you are at peace with whatever the outcome, and I hope you can feel the love and prayers that are coming your way from all of us.

We are removing the ventaltor today, the tests have shown there is no brain left. I am so sad, but God is going to welcome him home. Thank yu all for your support, it means everything to my family.
