Thank you ann :)
Hey Ann,
Thanks for the Codependency sticky :ghug3
I have come a long way this year in dealing with my codependency issues but that thread made me realize that I still have a lot of work to do on myself...
Everytime I read that book I see myself on every page... yes it is scary but it's also a relief to know that I don't have to be responsible for anyone other then ME.

You are very welcome.
Codependent No More is the best book I have ever read about codependency. First time I read it I wanted royalties, because it's all about my life. And the pages of signs of codependency? I think I ticked yes to all of them first time through.
Here's a link for those who can't find it.
