Penny For Your Thoughts ...Part 14
I think today I will check with the bank and see if they've made my money available to me YET!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRR.......I hate banks. I need food in this house badly. Bread and eggs would be nice lol. Maybe I will go to the thrift stores and see if I can't find myself something pretty. I loooooooove thrift stores.
Oh......here's an idea!! I once bought 2 pairs of jeans. One fit but had ugly pockets on them. The other had some fancy pockets and a button I loved but were too big. So, being the thrift queen I am, I took the pockets off the jeans that were too big and took the pockets off the jeans that fit and switched them!! I made the cutest jeans and it cost me all about $5.00. Sold the other pair in a yard sale for $2.00, so it really only cost me $3.00. So much you can do on a dime.

come to think of it........you'll appreciate this Cindi. We were so poor growing up. Once we got into high school mom couldn't afford the izod shirts like everyone was wearing. She would go to good will and buy a collard shirt and find an izod shirt that maybe had a stain on it. She used to remove that little alligator and carefully hand sew it on the collard shirt. No one knew it wasn't the real deal. I'll never forget my mom taking the time to do that for my sister and I. She was the greatest!!
