Pirates Movie
Anyone seen the new Pirates Movie yet. I am planning on going tomorrow. I am 54 and totally obsessed with Captain Jack. Must be the bad boy syndrome. Love that man

Went to see it with my two boys the first night it came out. You won't be disappointed! (I'm 50 and I think Captain Jack is pretty fine, too! LOL!!)

I saw it this morning! I went to the movie all by myself, something I NEVER would have done before AH and I separated.
The movie was REALLY good! My Mom saw it too and she didn't like the ending, but I didn't mind it. Warning though...it's THREE hours long! Make sure you pee before going in! Too much action to take a bathroom break!

then there's his dialect. When he says the word savvy...I melt in my seat.
I've never seen the second one. So I'm gonna watch it tonight. Then maybe see the 3rd in a week or so. After the craziness dies down.

Yum, I love Johnny Depp too.
Ever since Edward Scissorhands, I just think he is probably one of the best actors there is!
I'm waiting for all your reviews on the movie, cause I loved the first one, and was disappointed in the second one.
It was so hard for me to follow.

Moose, I am leaving now to go meet Johnny. Will let you know, but for me the plot line doesn't matter as long as I get to see Captain Jack. So I guess my reviews will be a tad biased Hugs, Marle

Yes, we all love Johnny Depp. And I know for a fact it is the bad boy syndrome at its PEAK.

Oh yeah, bad boy alcoholic, steals, carouses, but I suppose not totally unreliable...in fact, better behaved than my abf! now, imagine if his wife came on the site to work out their issues...and he keeps stealing all my make-up, jewelry and scarves, and he runs around with that young hot chick, and he hangs around with a creepy bunch of thugs and monsters, and he disappears for days, months, at a time and I know he is up to no good.

marle - my 2 yr old is the biggest captain jack fan in the world - he watched pirates of the carribean 1 & 2 like most kids watch barney - i told him we could see the movie in the theatre (he likes the theatre , popcorn etc) did the movie seem almost 3 hours long?...
well heres a pic of my lil captain jack at xmas - he has more captain jack gear but this is pretty much our day...

I get weak at the Capt Jack thing too...even though I'm not as big a fan as some of you (political differences 
)
But I had to tell you:
This past Halloween my best friends (a couple) dressed as pirates. I HAD to show up at the place just to see how they looked.
The guy did the long hair wig and the eye liner.
I couldn't take my eyes off him! And he's a very good friend, the hubby of my best friend!
I think I was even FLIRTING at one point!
I have no idea what came over me but I know I didn't feel this way with the 80's hairbands.
My BF knows he can trust me no matter...unless of course I run into a band of pirates!
