Freaking out

My daughter (15 year old) has this bump on her leg, I discovered it when she told me about this rash she was getting. This rash would come and go. It goes and quick as it comes. (wierd) So I brought her into the doctor today and of course the bumps were not there, the doctor thinks it may be an allergic reaction to something but dont know what. But the doctor wants me to take her into to see a dermatologist to get a biopsy of the bump on her leg.

I am freaking out

Freaking out...interesting how our mind always goes to the negative.

Couldnt it just be an allergy?

Keep your feet in today, not the wreckage of the future.

gracey - calm down - don't let your thoughts go racing until you know what the facts are. it could be many things - breathe deeply! let us know how it comes out!

hugs - chris

I not only go to the negative, I go as far as thinking terminal illness.

I dont know if it has anything to do with my sister's death when I was three and she was two, but I panick, my heart races and I think the worse. These are the times when I think I need drugs. (perscription) Prozak, or something to make me relax. I will not be at work tomorrow as I had such a fit with my doctors office begging them to please hurry the referral, so my daughter could go as soon as tomorrow. The dermatologist had the opening but the referral person at my office, told me she wouldnt be able to get it ready until Thursday or Friday, I told her I would probably be insane by then and they made an exception.

It will be ok, remember we are not given more then we can deal with.... Dont let the worse get into your head before it has to be there.

*hugs*
