wide awake!!

Thanks you all for your replies to my thoughts yesterday.
It truly was a moment of clarity for me.

It is close to 5 am and I am wide awake. I finally have a pc at home now, so it is great, I can get on here more when I have the chance.

Maybe everything is really hitting me I guess, since I am not at work and it just seems as though I have too much on my mind to even think straight or sleep. Bills are a mess, so is the house too.

I think I did push my new friend away. I really thought that he was understanding of my situation, We had lunch together yesterday and talked and I think he is kind of being cautious because of the way I treated him in the beginning. You know not wanting to be too close, but not too far away. I guess I have to trust that its one of those things maybe that isn't right for me right now. I don't know.

One day at a time for me right now, thats all I can do. I think I will try to get to a meeting today.

((((to you all)))))))

Things will definitely fall in place when they are ready to. It sounds like you have your act together and are headed in the right direction.

Take a little time for you, because it sounds like you deserve it.

You take care.
Many hugs.
Love,
Debbie

Hugs Bonbon,

Your moving right along just like the rest of us. Take care of one thing at a time and before you know it your life will feel more organized.

It takes me time to recover after being awake for 30 hours. My mind can't handle that the way it used to when I was younger.

Try to catch up on some sleep if you can.

Hi Bonbon

Gee - you really have come a long long way - the only advice I can give you right now is to get some rest. LOL You seem to have the rest of your recovery working well for you.

Remember we are more vulnerable when we are tired, so getting rest is also part of recovery.
