no I’m not an alcoholic - I didn’t realize there was a difference between AA and al anon. Thank you I’ll check that out. Thanks for relating on the obsessive thinking , definitely a torture and a waste of time. I appreciate your replies , big hug back

Yes, AA is for alcoholics and it's almost impossible to understand the thinking of a drunk if you're not one. Alanon is incredible support that turned my thinking around. Big hug!
