1) Instructed my attorneys to refile motions to be heard
2) Instructed attorneys to send file containing all the exhibits proving aggravated perjury and material fraud, identity theft to AH attorney, they are already on file with the court.
3) contacted district attorney to begin process as soon as a decree is signed to bring criminal felony charges on AH
4) drank 2 cups of coffee
5) therapy appointment
6) filed complaints on AH's company for violations of State and Federal Insurance Codes.
7) headed out to do outside work while the temp is nice and its not raining.

Tomorrow meet with appellates : Here we go!

Ha! People keep saying that, but its simply the law and I have waited 2.5 years for one of these fools to simply do the right thing and follow the law, I am so done.

Well done. Its so tempting to put our heads in the sand and let life go on by. I hope I have this strength when it's time for me to go back to court.

Its everything I didn't want but thats kinda been the path of hidden blessings all along the way.. Unless a miracle happens we will be going through the appellate court, which is what my attorneys really want to do because the exemplary damages to AH can be severe and apparently from day one we have had an appellate issue. We were denied a jury trial in the beginning and I guess thats not allowed, if you ask for one and pay the fee you get one the entire case can be appealed. I have learned more about the court system than I care for. More violations of federal law by the company. I got the sheer satisfaction of providing the corporate attorney the evidence and of course it's all in writing or in audio files, of the violations of federal/state law, company policies by the company and particularly her violations, and as she is an attorney, she is subject to disciplinary action. So I go again Friday, we won't sign the judgement, the Judge may sign it anyway and then the 30 days begin. I had wanted some direction last Friday I guess I got it, it just went the direction I was hoping for, but such is life.
