what goes with AA also goes with al anon:
if a jew,buddhist,christian,athiest, catholic, and a bunch ofregular old folks who dont follow any religion are at a meeting together getting and giving help, what religion would alaonon be?
so what if a prayer is said before and/or after- its awesome that there are people graciously offering their support and knowledge,eh?
hell, yer on a forum of many different backgrounds as is.
