Sanity Break
Hi all...lm away with my dog on one of my sanity breaks. AH was invited but wanted to stay home and thats fine. He can do his thing and l can do mine. Its much easier backing off and not monitoring, searching, spying etc. My own life has become my priority.

im still away actually. AH came to spend a few hours with me and the dog today as we are only an hours drive from home. He was complaining of feeling tired and didnt stay very long..saw his hands shaking while we ate lunch. He was keen to get back home and left at 3pm...l spoke to him at around 7pm...he said he had been feeling ill...he had been lying down since getting home...the conversation was strained, he kept changing the subject then hesitating before talking...just 'not right'. Didnt sound drunk but then they dont always. It brought me down for a few minutes but lm coming out of it again now...tomorrow is a new day! Just wish he had stayed away.
Yeah that's not very relaxing or fun for sure.
I'm glad you got one of your sanity breaks in though Awal. Give me an S! give me an A!
I don't know what your weather is like but it actually snowed hereovernight! It's all melted now (thankfully). I love spring though.
